Sadly my chair broke, took it to local repairer, who said couldn’t get the part. Which was the controller & cable. So called mobility extra for advice. Absolutely great had the part shipped that day I got it next day. Was fitted. Now able to get about again. Customer service is great and friendly.Never thought about getting spares from them. Also ordered another cable to connect the 2 spare batteries together, for added usage when out. I would recommend this company 100%.Thank you.
