I wish I had arranged this repair before Christmas, as it was completed on December 12th for my scooter. I'm grateful to the technician for coming out to fix it; he was very polite and cheerful, and we had a pleasant conversation. He replaced the subframe and did an excellent job. While ensuring the scooter was safe, he noticed that the brake levers were a bit loose, so he tightened them for safety. After confirming everything was in order, my scooter is now functioning well. It's great to be able to get out and about again. Thank you for the repair; it was greatly appreciated.
