Had to call out repair man to my ZT4 scooter. Reverse switch on handle bar had given up the ghost. Green power sent out John. Great guy, great repair job, quickly done. All good. Thank you so much. Great service even though I had to wait a long time … but I do live at the tip of Cornwall!
At the beginning of buying a new type of mobility scooter there was stock problem I had too wait a few weeks for the DashPod to arrive in between waiting for the vehicle to arrive I was kept up with what was happening with my older cannot fault green power for their service
Had it delivered by Paul of green power was very helpful in explaining the workings of the dash pod
An engineer visited named Michael, and he was very professional and courteous. He tested the battery on the scooter and determined it wasn't the issue. Michael suggested that the motherboard might be the problem and referred another engineer to come out. It's been a week since then, and I'm still waiting.
An engineer visited to service my mobility scooters, and I typically don't leave feedback unless it's well-deserved. However, I must say that this engineer is an asset to the company and deserves high praise for his extensive knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine passion for his work. He thoroughly explained each step of the process, making me feel completely at ease. Honestly, I would have rated him a 6-star if possible. A true asset to the company. I wish I had arranged this repair before Christmas, as it was completed on December 12th for my scooter. I'm grateful to the technician for coming out to fix it; he was very polite and cheerful, and we had a pleasant conversation. He replaced the subframe and did an excellent job. While ensuring the scooter was safe, he noticed that the brake levers were a bit loose, so he tightened them for safety. After confirming everything was in order, my scooter is now functioning well. It's great to be able to get out and about again. Thank you for the repair; it was greatly appreciated.
