About the worst UX I have ever seen. Two apps (they had to confirm it), with only one-way links (as best as I can tell, again, UX is terrible).The way they link to emails is not intuitive or easy to understand. And when asked, they seem to get confused. At least Luis did when he got my account reversed.The service might be good. Who knows? I can't get it activated or understand it long enough to use it.They have not shipped a card or anything to me, have to send huge, long emails to try and explain their terrible application, then hide behind T&C when a refund is requested ~24 hours after ordering.Just go anywhere else. Find a company that maybe took 3 seconds to go through their own application like a user would.
