As a business owner in canada, switching to mobilo was a smart move. The NFC tap features makes sharing my contact details quick and seamless. No more paper card lost. I also like the design, it looks modern and professional which fits perfectly with a tech business. Networking feels smoother and more impressive now.

Definitely recommend it to other business looking for a more modern business and solutions.

About the worst UX I have ever seen

About the worst UX I have ever seen. Two apps (they had to confirm it), with only one-way links (as best as I can tell, again, UX is terrible).The way they link to emails is not intuitive or easy to understand. And when asked, they seem to get confused. At least Luis did when he got my account reversed.The service might be good. Who knows? I can't get it activated or understand it long enough to use it.They have not shipped a card or anything to me, have to send huge, long emails to try and explain their terrible application, then hide behind T&C when a refund is requested ~24 hours after ordering.Just go anywhere else. Find a company that maybe took 3 seconds to go through their own application like a user would.

I purchased a Mobilo digital business…

I purchased a Mobilo digital business card and found it works well compared to some competitors. However, I ran into a frustrating issue when I needed to update my company logo following a business pivot. The original logo uploaded without any problem, but now, when I tried to make changes, Mobilo is requiring me to pay for a plan upgrade—information that was never disclosed on their website or communicated at the time of purchase.While the card functions well, this unexpected and non-transparent fee for a basic update is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise potential buyers to explore the many other available digital business card options before committing, as several alternatives offer more flexibility and transparency without surprise fees.

Modern and Convenient networking tool.

I've been using Mobilo Card for a while now and overall I'm happy with it. The NFC and QR features makes sharing my contact details quick and professional, especially at event. I like that i can update my information anytime without reprinting cards, and the digital profile looks clean and well-organized. There were few minor setup and usability at the beginning, but nothing major. Overall, It's a practical and modern alternative to traditional business cards.

Terrible Follow-Up and Unfulfilled Promise

I was initially contacted by Pieter Limburg, Founder of Mobilo Card, who offered me a free smart card to try out for my events (August 19, 2025). I immediately accepted the offer, and the next day, I was sent a link to schedule time with their team to get the card "designed, set up, and shipped ASAP."Despite following up multiple times, the promised free card never arrived. I reached out again on October 31, 2025, mentioning I had been trying to get the card for several months without success and asking for an update. I have received absolutely no response to this follow-up email, despite multiple reminders indicating the email hasn't been opened or replied to.It has now been three months since the initial offer, and Mobilo has completely failed to deliver on a simple, free introductory product and has ignored all subsequent communication. I cannot recommend a company with such poor follow-through and non-existent customer service.EDIT - I've had my initial meeting, set up my account, placed the card order, and have not heard back.

Impressive and convenient

Really happy with my Mobilo card. The tap feature works smoothly and it makes sharing my details quick and professional. Being able to update my info anytime is a big plus. The only small downside is that some features weren't completely clear at first, but once set up everything works great. Definitely a modern upgrade from paper cards.

Scammers who will not help you.

Scammers! they do not reasonably make a good attempt to disclose that their "free" service will actually charge you a NON-REFUNDABLE yearly fee of almost $40. Oh, and also if you're lucky enough to notice that they're secretly billing you, they WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS and will blame YOU for not finding their secret fine print message! additionally, they will not let you cancel the subscription without EMAILING their support team to do it on your behalf, and you bet that they are barely responsive. Deleting your account may not cancel your subscription either. DIRTY COMPANY, DIRTY EMPLOYEES, DITRTY PEOPLE!!

A modern upgrade to business card

I wasn't sure about switching from traditional business card, but Mobilo Card truly changed the way i network. Setting it up was surprisingly smooth and i love how i can just tap my card to share my contact info no app, no clutter. The card feels solid and look premium. Plus when i ran into little design issue, their support team actually helped and didn't leave me hanging. I've gotten compliments from clients and it's been a great conversation starter at events. Worth it for anyone who wants something modern and useful.

Game Changer vs Physical Business Cards

I recommend Mobilo, a total game changer. Everything works perfectly, customer service has an AI for first contact, but is always followed up by a real person. The landing page is my favorite. I have used this new service twice now at two events I have covered. I am definitely impressed with Mobilo, customer service, response time, and even their self-help videos.
