I was initially contacted by Pieter Limburg, Founder of Mobilo Card, who offered me a free smart card to try out for my events (August 19, 2025). I immediately accepted the offer, and the next day, I was sent a link to schedule time with their team to get the card "designed, set up, and shipped ASAP."Despite following up multiple times, the promised free card never arrived. I reached out again on October 31, 2025, mentioning I had been trying to get the card for several months without success and asking for an update. I have received absolutely no response to this follow-up email, despite multiple reminders indicating the email hasn't been opened or replied to.It has now been three months since the initial offer, and Mobilo has completely failed to deliver on a simple, free introductory product and has ignored all subsequent communication. I cannot recommend a company with such poor follow-through and non-existent customer service.EDIT - I've had my initial meeting, set up my account, placed the card order, and have not heard back.
