I initially spoke with an account representative about possibly creating an account. We went through the setup process to test it out but ultimately decided not to move forward. A year later, I was surprised to find I had been signed up for an annual subscription. I provided the full email chain showing that we never intended to proceed, and requested a refund. Despite this, I was told that due to their policy, a refund would not be issued—though they did cancel the account going forward.We never used the platform for anything at all. It feels incredibly dishonest to be charged for a service we didn’t use and never agreed to continue. Very disappointing experience.
