The service is absolutely dreadful. The connection drops constantly, and they make no effort to rectify the situation. I switched providers at the end of my contract and called to cancel, yet they refuse to terminate the line and continue to bill me. I have called and emailed numerous times with no help — it's incredibly frustrating. I do not recommend using them. Truly terrible service.
