The service is extremely frustrating. The line disconnects frequently, and there is no effort to resolve the issue. After switching providers at the end of my contract, I attempted to cancel, but they refuse and continue to bill me. Despite numerous calls and emails, I have received no assistance. It's very exasperating. I strongly advise against using this service.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the technical support team and their unprofessionalism. Our service was disconnected due to heavy rain on December 30th. The company promised a technician on January 1st, but no one came. When we followed up, the visit was rescheduled to today at 6:00 pm. Later, we were told they had come and called us, but our phone was on the whole time, and no one contacted us. This is not just poor service; it’s dishonest communication. The team is clearly making false excuses instead of owning up to delays. Anyone considering this service should be cautious. If you want unreliable service and misleading updates, this is the right choice. Otherwise, seek alternatives.
The technical support and customer care are extremely poor. They do not resolve issues and only raise complaints. I recharged for a package subscription but they incorrectly debited my account and have yet to refund me. Despite raising the issue multiple times, it remains unresolved. Very disappointing technical support.
This company engages in fraudulent practices. With five SIM cards, one was a scam; we visited three times to replace it, but it stopped working shortly after. They seem to provide shorter packages while charging for more. I cannot recommend them.
I had a terrible experience in Mecca. The staff were rude and unhelpful. One worker attempted to charge me incorrectly, and when I refused, he dropped the price but remained disrespectful. He also refused to provide his name or show identification. I would not recommend them as they lack respect for customers and do not communicate effectively, especially with tourists.
My fiber internet has been down for four days, and despite repeated calls, nothing has been resolved. I was promised a technician would come today for three days, but no one has shown up. The customer service is frustrating—each time I call, I only hear that the issue has been raised, with no real updates or accountability. It’s disappointing that in 2025, this level of service is still being provided. Compared to telecom providers worldwide, this company would rank at the very bottom. The lack of competition does not justify neglecting customers.
