The company promised a technician on January 1st, but no one came. When we followed up, the visit was rescheduled to today at 6:00 pm. Later, we were told they had come and called us, but our phone was on the whole time, and no one contacted us. This is not just poor service; it’s dishonest communication. The team is clearly making false excuses instead of owning up to delays. Anyone considering this service should be cautious. If you want unreliable service and misleading updates, this is the right choice. Otherwise, seek alternatives.
