My fiber internet has been down for four days, and despite repeated calls, nothing has been resolved. I was promised a technician would come today for three days, but no one has shown up. The customer service is frustrating—each time I call, I only hear that the issue has been raised, with no real updates or accountability. It’s disappointing that in 2025, this level of service is still being provided. Compared to telecom providers worldwide, this company would rank at the very bottom. The lack of competition does not justify neglecting customers.
