I have never encountered a worse mobile service provider in my life and I am 75 years old. I had the pre-paid 75 service plan (10+5 GB data, 500 minutes mobile and 10+5 GB social media) for the past 5 months, however, this month I missed to renew my subscription by one day and so they cancelled my subscription. I then resubscribed and paid the usual amount thru Riyad Bank. After that, I could not make any mobile calls or connect to the internet outside my apartment. I called customer service and explained the situation to her and she told me that I only paid for internet and phone calls were not included. I then recharged my mobile phone line with 50 sar. to this day I still do not have data for internet outside my home. I tried to call custommer service again w/o success. I also searched for a way to report my issue on their web site but no way was found. I am going to switch to a different provider.
