Ordered a 20GB sim. I have purchased other esims before when I am on holiday and with them, they always tell me when I am about to run out on my sim so I can top it up or buy a new one. Not this company. Mine ran out.
Used a relatives's phone to try and top it up but when I put my order number in no top up esims were found. Unable to purchase a new one as had no data on my phone to download it.
I then try and contact this company but they have no number, only an online form you fill in. This form was very frustrating and had to do it several times. You have to attach photos as evidence for God knows what. Tried several times to attach photos but no matter what size they were, the files were all deemed too big. As a result couldn't move onto the next page so was unable to contact this company.
Unhelpful and will not be using them again ever.
