Worst traveller ever experienced. No sense of responsibility they take on themself. First of all they ask you to make full payment, and after you are caught in that trap, they don’t respond to your call. I am still travelling. At first they didn’t book my train ticket 3A/C, at end moment they want me to change booking date, which is not possible for me, I have no option other than travelling by bus. I have clearly mentioned them not to book last seat, after so many reminders they book wrong bus and also upper last seat, which is very uncomfortable, when I m travelling with my wife and 3 year old kid. Don’t know how much more this travelling company is going to spoil my holiday trip. People choose travelling company to easy up their hassle for booking various things during their travel, for ease and smooth travel, instead @kinghills travel is making my trip so much stressful.
I've ordered an eSIM for my wife when she went to Armenia, and it didn't work. Then we decided to refund, but they refused, blocked my account(I cannot log in), and I started the legal process with my bank. It concluded today, after months, and they also did not refund.
I strongly recommend being far away from this company.
I travelled to Malaysia and used mobimatter. I never had any problems with connection or service. It was very reasonably priced. I wouldn't use any other esim provider in the future only Mobi matter. My daughter used it for Korea and Turkey as well no problems. Highly recommended. Data did not run out fast at all
