I'm a digital nomad, I travel a lot in different places and it's def the worst provider I've seen. they sent me the Esim QR in a file with password but the password (country pass code + passport number) didn't work! and support asked me to just enter the passport number, which also didn't work! also talking with chatbot is more human than talking with their support, they just read the script without any knowledge or effort to solve your issue. And then they asked me to go to physical shop or contact through the website form. and the website is a total tr..sh! full of bug, tested different browsers to finally send the request.
