This is not a good connection. I am constantly having trouble with it. Whenever I contact customer service, they always say there is no issue in my area. The service is very poor. Even when my data package is active, I cannot use it properly. Videos keep buffering and loading. Very disappointing experience.

this one is a not reliable network ,dog shit network all ways packet loss and no connection when i ask several time they say they cant do anything , and they fill a case that's it . i have peo tv connection to even i cant wath tv because no connection all the time
I'm a digital nomad, I travel a lot in different places and it's def the worst provider I've seen. they sent me the Esim QR in a file with password but the password (country pass code + passport number) didn't work! and support asked me to just enter the passport number, which also didn't work! also talking with chatbot is more human than talking with their support, they just read the script without any knowledge or effort to solve your issue. And then they asked me to go to physical shop or contact through the website form. and the website is a total tr..sh! full of bug, tested different browsers to finally send the request.
Mobitel claims they offer unlimited data, but they actually don’t. I’ve been using the 9–1 ‘unlimited’ data plan, which is listed under the unlimited combo plans on the Mobitel app — and it’s a total scam. They only give 25GB, which is not unlimited. I was informed of this when I called the hotline to ask why the package stopped working after just 10 days.
