*Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Experience*I’ve been using my Mobitel number for over 3 years, and out of nowhere, they disconnected my SIM without any prior notice. When I called customer service, they claimed it was a "technical issue" related to the IDD call facility. They said it was resolved — but just one hour later, the SIM got disconnected again!This has caused me serious problems: I can’t receive verification codes for my online banking, and I’ve lost contact with many friends because my number is no longer reachable.Absolutely shocking service. The customer support team is useless, unhelpful, and clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Their technical team is just as bad — no proper solutions, no professionalism. I would *strongly advise against* using this company. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
