I can easily show the replies I recieved to my queries about my order. Each one never answered my question. I finally asked if the person I was dealing with was STUPID!! I reiterated the questions I had, mostly concerning why my items were $55 but shipping was $23.70. The response was run-a-round talk. I sent a final email last evening where I broke down what happened as I removed each item from the cart and the amount the shipping cost dropped (usually by $3.95). I got to the last item; 3 snow/ice removers that were priced at $1.00 but in the cart they showed up as $0.00. The tax was $0.80 and the shipping was going to be $11.85. How stupid do they think I am? I also informed them I went to Amazon and got all of the same (or better) for the same or lower prices and there was no shipping fee. I’m not sure y’all’ll be seeing any more of my money. The reply? Sorry for the inconvenience, if she can help with anything else…. Typical AI letter.
