Review Time
I can easily show the replies I recieved to my queries about my order. Each one never answered my question. I finally asked if the person I was dealing with was STUPID!! I reiterated the questions I had, mostly concerning why my items were $55 but shipping was $23.70. The response was run-a-round talk. I sent a final email last evening where I broke down what happened as I removed each item from the cart and the amount the shipping cost dropped (usually by $3.95). I got to the last item; 3 snow/ice removers that were priced at $1.00 but in the cart they showed up as $0.00. The tax was $0.80 and the shipping was going to be $11.85. How stupid do they think I am? I also informed them I went to Amazon and got all of the same (or better) for the same or lower prices and there was no shipping fee. I’m not sure y’all’ll be seeing any more of my money. The reply? Sorry for the inconvenience, if she can help with anything else…. Typical AI letter.
My experience with Mobstub has been great.In the last 16 years I have bought the over the shoulder. Great quality and wear ability. We'll constructed. I had always been an Etienne Aigner purse gal. Thank you for the great price and quality!
Your phone is disconnected, I wrote 2 emails as they suggested and no response. I tried the disconnected number again without success, then some guy called me back and I couldn't understand a word he said cause his accent was so thick. You make it very difficult to get in touch with customer service. If there was a 0 I would have given it to you!!
While I must say I liked MobStub very much and always knew I could go to them for that unique gift and get a lot of 'bang' for your buck.' Unfortunately, I bought a cross body bag and the zipper broke a month and a half after I had it. I also didn't use it the first three weeks, as I was looking forward to taking it to England. I wrote to MobStub and explained what happened. I received a letter back saying they do not take back "broken merchandise" after a month. Who knew that one of six zippers was going to broke. Now the purse is ruined and I can't use it. I simply asked for a replacement and it was not worth it to MobStub to spend whatever they had to replace it. It wasn't and couldn't have been much. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and will be writing my next review on Yelp!
all i want and have tried many times to send back one bracelet because it came broken. eric from mob stub has not been able to just give me a address to mail back. i have ordered before and like all my items. so i dont know why it is so hard to get a address!!!! cathy
