While I must say I liked MobStub very much and always knew I could go to them for that unique gift and get a lot of 'bang' for your buck.' Unfortunately, I bought a cross body bag and the zipper broke a month and a half after I had it. I also didn't use it the first three weeks, as I was looking forward to taking it to England. I wrote to MobStub and explained what happened. I received a letter back saying they do not take back "broken merchandise" after a month. Who knew that one of six zippers was going to broke. Now the purse is ruined and I can't use it. I simply asked for a replacement and it was not worth it to MobStub to spend whatever they had to replace it. It wasn't and couldn't have been much. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and will be writing my next review on Yelp!
