I completely forgot I had signed up, and it seems they forgot me too until the auto-renewal. I have never used the service. When I noticed the charge, I requested a refund immediately but received a very curt response stating they are not in the refund business. Never again.

We want to be transparent: the majority of our negative reviews are about refunds. We refund every customer who requests one, no questions asked. However, since Moby is a mobile app, refunds are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store, and unfortunately, we don’t control the speed or outcome of that process.

We’ve also noticed that Trustpilot won’t remove clearly resolved or inaccurate reviews unless we pay for their premium services — something we don’t believe is fair to you or to us.
