I signed up and found the information to be lacking. There's better information available for free online. While it serves as a nice newsfeed, the advertisements suggested it was an AI-driven stock picking service, which was misleading. Additionally, their model portfolios haven't been updated in over six months. I've contacted the support team to cancel my subscription, which I recently paid $99 for. I'm not seeking a refund, just a cancellation of any auto-renewal. I will revise my review based on their response; if they cancel smoothly, I'll change it to four stars. However, if I encounter the same issues reported by others, I’ll downgrade it to one star and initiate a chargeback with my bank.

We want to be transparent: the majority of our negative reviews are about refunds. We refund every customer who requests one, no questions asked. However, since Moby is a mobile app, refunds are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store, and unfortunately, we don’t control the speed or outcome of that process.
