I ordered some clothes a month and half ago for my girlfriend but a month went by and I hadn't received them so I was starting to get worried. I decided to contact customer service and I was met with great understanding and patience. There was a bit of a wait but I got my reply. They reassured me that the order was still on it's way which gave me great hope.I was very familiar with some orders taking longer than others through others on their Instagram so I went into it expecting a wait but it felt a bit much at that point. Luckily, a week after the email the clothes arrived and I was relieved. Quality wasn't too bad either. She loved the clothes!I'd definitely recommend the shop to others. Just have patience!
