The button on the customised controller that I got for my son broke after 2 weeks but I still want to give this company 5 star review as they're customer service was absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful. I had a problem with send this item back but thanks to them it got resolved and my refund is on the way🙂the remote itself was class, looked and and worked fine until the button broke, unfortunate but it happens.
I bought a very plain jane controller because I liked the led thumb sticks. In less then a year the right thumb stick stopped having any micro movement when aiming. Pretty much needed 20% imput in movement to register vertical movement and when when it does it's all all in one burst. So pretty much has no function now. 90 day warranty isn't gonna cut if just about anything would make it past then. Considering I spent $100 on what was a $50 controller with led thumb stick and a simple graphic. At this point in less then a year I spent $150 in controllers I could've just bought a better product and saved being annoyed. Probably a luck of the draw considering the reviews but if you actually use then controller and not casually game a few hours a week avoid the led options I imagine that was the root cause.

It's great to see that many customers received their products on time. However, I placed my order 2 and a half weeks ago, and when I reached out via email two days later, I received a response indicating there was a mistake on their end. I provided the tracking number I was given and was informed it was an error, with an offer for a refund. I didn't spend my money and time just to get a refund; I want the product I paid for. I've been calling and emailing for over a week now, including today, without any response from them. I recommend doing thorough research before ordering from this business. I'm really enjoying this new gaming remote I bought. The various modifications available are great, and I'm having a blast playing games with it. The buttons are fantastic and very user-friendly, plus the design is awesome. Definitely worth the purchase!
I bought this controller, but unfortunately, the mouse click buttons I chose stopped functioning properly. I reached out to customer support, and they guided me through the troubleshooting process. It was concluded that I needed to send it in for repairs. The repair took longer than anticipated due to the season. When I inquired about the expected completion, they expedited the process. They shipped it back, and so far, everything is working well. This is my second purchase, and I would definitely work with them again.
