It's great to see that many customers received their products on time. However, I placed my order 2 and a half weeks ago, and when I reached out via email two days later, I received a response indicating there was a mistake on their end. I provided the tracking number I was given and was informed it was an error, with an offer for a refund. I didn't spend my money and time just to get a refund; I want the product I paid for. I've been calling and emailing for over a week now, including today, without any response from them. I recommend doing thorough research before ordering from this business.
