I chose to order from them because I was led to believe that the assembly workshop is in Spain, which is where I'm located. This made me think the delivery would be quicker, but now, after 8 days, my order still hasn't left production, exceeding their stated 4-7 days production time. The communication has been poor, and customer service has not offered any solutions.
