Watch too thick, poor quality replica distinguished from far away not worthed 300 euro in any case. Watch clasp and metal strap also poor quality and too flimsy. Watch dial is ok.. better to buy knockoff straight from Chinese manufacturer much better quality and cheaper.
Excellent service. Had a small issue with the clasp on arrival, emailed customer support and they sent me a replacement part immediately. Very impressed with the after-sales care. Most companies would just ignore you..

I ordered three watches on November 29, 2025, and received them on January 6, 2026, which is an excessively long delivery time. The retailer's website is misleading, claiming a Trustpilot rating of 4.9, while the actual rating is 3.9. It also states that the store is based in Spain, but the watches were shipped from China. I feel deceived and let down by this. Two of the watches are satisfactory, but one is not the gold color I anticipated; it is rose gold instead. Overall, I would rate the experience as 2.5 out of 5. However, I must acknowledge that they consistently responded to my emails.
I purchased three watches for a holiday gift. While the watch quality itself is decent, the clasp is alarmingly sharp, to the extent that I've cut myself several times during everyday activities like putting on a shirt. When I attempted to reach out to the support team, I received notifications of undelivered emails or that the email did not exist. Even after two weeks of submitting contact forms through their platform, I have yet to receive any response.
The company is based in Spain but the watch is produced in China, which raises concerns about customer trust. Discovering that my watch is assembled in China was disappointing. As of December 27, I still haven't received my watch, missing out on Christmas. The tracking updates show it was supposed to be out for delivery on December 26, but I’m still waiting. The process has been frustrating, especially given the lengthy transit times and the lack of timely updates.
The website is well designed, making it easy to choose my preferred option and confirm payment. Delivery details were straightforward to access. Upon arrival, I noticed the product was well packaged, and opening the box revealed a beautiful timepiece that is definitely worth the price. I’ve already ordered two more watches. Overall, my experience has been excellent—no complaints at all.
I appreciate the watches, but the company isn't very clear about their manufacturing location or headquarters. I chose to order from them because I was led to believe that the assembly workshop is in Spain, which is where I'm located. This made me think the delivery would be quicker, but now, after 8 days, my order still hasn't left production, exceeding their stated 4-7 days production time. The communication has been poor, and customer service has not offered any solutions.
I ordered 2 items, and they matched the description perfectly with outstanding quality materials and craftsmanship. I plan to purchase more soon. My only feedback is that the tracking information could be clearer; it would be helpful to include the geographic location of the items to monitor their progress.
