The retailer's website is misleading, claiming a Trustpilot rating of 4.9, while the actual rating is 3.9. It also states that the store is based in Spain, but the watches were shipped from China. I feel deceived and let down by this. Two of the watches are satisfactory, but one is not the gold color I anticipated; it is rose gold instead. Overall, I would rate the experience as 2.5 out of 5. However, I must acknowledge that they consistently responded to my emails.
