I purchased a TUDEIKO mod from Moddy’s, a chronograph watch that should function like any standard chronograph. It does not.
The top pusher does not click. You have to jam it in with force to get the sweeping hand to move. The bottom pusher is useless because the top one gets stuck every time. You need your fingernail to pry it back out before you can even use the reset function. This is not how any chronograph works at any price point, and the fact that their team tried to tell me otherwise is either incompetence or dishonesty.
They asked me to send a video, which I did. Outlined everything , showed them the top part that’s nonfunctioning, showed them me prying everything out. Fantastic video if I do say so myself. And guess what!?
Their “post sale team” reviewed it and had the audacity to tell me it was functioning as intended. A pusher that needs to be jammed and pried out with a fingernail is functioning as intended? That is insulting. They told me to go kick rocks.
And a special shoutout to whoever signs off with “Kind Regards.” There is nothing kind about selling a defective product and then gaslighting the customer who paid you.
They have zero shot in hell of ever seeing my money again. If you want a quality Seiko mod, check out TML or Loom Shot instead.
