Purchased a pair of Dr. Martens that were clearly faulty/poor quality straight out of the box, took photos and emailed customer service straight away, they charge $14.95 for a return label, however because the product is faulty and not due to change of mind or incorrect size they should pay for the return label, have called and emailed and they keep saying it has been forwarded to management and they will call, highly doubt that, customer service is very unprofessional and I wish I had seen these reviews before using Mode Footwear, just hoping I can get my refund. Do not purchase from Mode Footwear. It’s also very misleading that their website states “hassle free returns” and that they have “prepaid return labels” because you have to purchase the label which is not the definition of prepaid.
