Awful customer service. $220 Dr Marten boots lasted five months before developing holes in the leather in both boots. No reply to multiple emails, messages etc. Eventually asked for photos which I supplied and then no response. When I followed up they just continue to ask for photos dragging it out until the paypal cover expired so no option for refund there either. Won't resolve the faulty boots even though I am covered under Australian consumer law. Avoid this shop. Bad quality products and non existent customer service. Very unhappy.
