Doc Martens sandals faulty, weeks of correspondence and provided pics. 2 shoe repairers confirmed a shoe fault. Had to keep sending emails to check on replacement. Told to cut up shoes to get a “ store credit”. Wouldn’t just swap them over. Store credit less that current price. Had to pay extra $40 and postage for their faulty shoes. Had to get a different shoe as my size not available in the original ones. Very disappointing. Do not purchase from this online company. You end up out of pocket and they do not communicate with you. 0/10
