I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a station sign from the service, but instead received a background scene! I contacted the support team to explain the situation, and they said they could not find any record of my order! How could they send a package to my address then? I even sent a screenshot of the email confirming the dispatch of the correct item! I'm not impressed, especially since it was ordered well in advance for a Christmas gift. I cannot recommend this service in its current state.
