I had an extremely frustrating experience. I ordered a station sign from the service, but instead received a background scene! I reached out to the support team to explain the issue, and they claimed they couldn't find any record of my order! How could they send a package to my address then? I even provided a screenshot of their email confirming the dispatch of the correct item! I'm very disappointed, especially since it was meant to be a Christmas gift. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
