This is one of the worst online suppliers of model railway equipment I have encountered. My order was never delivered, and a promised replacement package also never arrived. My attempts to communicate with them have gone unanswered. My request for a refund has been ignored, and I have had to ask my bank for a chargeback. While small purchases were fine, ordering a more expensive package turned into an unacceptable fiasco of non-delivery, no communication, and no refund.
