The representative seemed reluctant to attend and attempted to shift the blame, claiming it was company policy to skip appointments if there’s no callback. If that’s true, it should be clearly stated in all appointment confirmations and could serve as your company motto: 'No answer = No show, even if the appointment was set up with intent.'
