I want to caution others considering this company. The outdoor blinds we purchased have not performed as promised, and we have been seeking repairs for a year. They are now avoiding our requests for assistance as the track has fallen off, which they attribute to weather conditions. However, they should be durable enough for outdoor use. Research thoroughly before making a purchase; their pricing is excessive for a product that does not meet expectations. I regret not reading reviews prior to proceeding with this company.
I ordered two outdoor blinds, and three months later, I am already on my third warranty repair. I paid a premium for what was advertised as a 'commercial grade' product, but it certainly does not appear to be of that quality. I wonder how many warranty repairs are allowed before one can request a full refund?

I was promised delivery twice, wasting two days and incurring an additional cost for a plumber due to delays. There was no apology, just blame placed on the carrier, who claims to have lost the parcel. They refuse to send a replacement, stating it will arrive 'when it gets there.'

I have contacted consumer support twice already. We ordered outdoor blinds after having them installed at another property. A representative visited, and we specified our need for waterproof blinds. Despite showing him the existing blinds that let water in, we were assured that our new selection would prevent this issue. After a long delay, we were informed that the color we chose was unavailable, leading us to select another. When the installation happened, it was done well, but soon after, we discovered that the blinds were not waterproof, damaging our new furniture. I've reached out multiple times for assistance, but to this day, there has been no response. The lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially after spending a significant amount of money.
