If you're considering this company for blinds, I suggest you look elsewhere or dispose of the quoted amount. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, with quick transactions followed by poor product quality. I've had multiple issues with the blinds, and for six months, I've been trying to get them resolved, but it feels like I’m stuck in an endless loop. Communication seems nonexistent, and I’ve had no callbacks despite numerous follow-ups. I would prefer a simple refund and to no longer deal with this company.
