This has been the most disappointing experience I’ve had with a company. The blinds are overpriced and of poor quality, and the customer service has been atrocious. After minimal use, I was informed that they need major repairs. Despite weekly calls for over six months, I have seen no resolution. I am incredibly frustrated and will continue to leave reviews until this issue is addressed. Avoid this company at all costs!
