I ordered a radiator four days ago and have reached out via email and the online form but received no response. I'm unsure when or if the radiator will arrive, so I'm initiating a refund process through my credit card company. I tried contacting them for a refund this morning, but they disconnected the call. After leaving a voicemail, I've heard nothing back. The radiator unexpectedly showed up today with no prior communication. While it's a nice radiator, the poor communication has been disappointing. I now need to cancel the dispute with my bank, which could have been avoided if they had responded.
