I had a terrible experience receiving a damaged radiator. When I contacted the company, they suggested I either repaint it or offered a £20 discount. I made it clear that I had paid for a brand new radiator. They agreed to replace it but couldn't provide a delivery date. Since then, they have stopped responding to my calls and emails, leaving me with a damaged radiator.

I ordered a radiator four days ago and have reached out via email and the online form but received no response. I'm unsure when or if the radiator will arrive, so I'm initiating a refund process through my credit card company. I tried contacting them for a refund this morning, but they disconnected the call. After leaving a voicemail, I've heard nothing back. The radiator unexpectedly showed up today with no prior communication. While it's a nice radiator, the poor communication has been disappointing. I now need to cancel the dispute with my bank, which could have been avoided if they had responded.
Excellent service from the company. I ordered one day and it was delivered the next. There was a small error with the order, but the driver returned three hours later to fix it. The quality is top-notch and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
