On July 1st, I bought a lamp from their website for 650 €. A month later, I received a box filled with broken and incomplete parts that were impossible to assemble. After multiple emails, they sent a replacement lamp by September 1st, but it was a completely different, smaller model that didn’t work at all. My electrician confirmed it was installed correctly, but it never lit up. After two shipments, I still have no usable lamp, and the customer support team has ceased all communication. This service is untrustworthy; they misrepresent products and offer no real solutions. It's disappointing that I can't share photos here, as I have documented everything and sent it to them as proof.
