Received a horn that looks wildly different to anything displayed on their website, in a colour that can only be described as side walk pee with a couple dookie streaks in it. Been to their partner restaurant, saw at least 10 in person and saw at least 30 on their website. Figured I'd be safe. What looks like a cheap resin pour of urine turns up at my door, ok not a big deal hopefully I can swap it. Then dealt with the most condescending attitude from customer service. I actually can't be bothered returning it now, I don't believe the products they send out are the same as the ones they display. They genuinely included -
"I don't understand the need to be rude, and refer to it as plastic which clearly shows you dont understand what you are talking about. Do you understand how much trouble we would be in if we were selling plastic and saying that it is horn?

Absolutely insane response from customer service. Very glad I got it on sale. Absolutely do not pay full price for their pieces of caca.
