Review Time
Received a horn that looks wildly different to anything displayed on their website, in a colour that can only be described as side walk pee with a couple dookie streaks in it. Been to their partner restaurant, saw at least 10 in person and saw at least 30 on their website. Figured I'd be safe. What looks like a cheap resin pour of urine turns up at my door, ok not a big deal hopefully I can swap it. Then dealt with the most condescending attitude from customer service. I actually can't be bothered returning it now, I don't believe the products they send out are the same as the ones they display. They genuinely included -
"I don't understand the need to be rude, and refer to it as plastic which clearly shows you dont understand what you are talking about. Do you understand how much trouble we would be in if we were selling plastic and saying that it is horn?

Absolutely insane response from customer service. Very glad I got it on sale. Absolutely do not pay full price for their pieces of caca.

I just received my order of a leaf knife and wanted to say how beautiful it is. I didn't realise it came in a leather pouch which is also amazing. It is a present for my husband and I know he is going to love it. The quality is amazing and I will definitely purchase again. Great to support Australian businesses.
I love Modern Viking! They were amazingly fast with service and provided me with good, quality products. I could not be more happier with the items I received. Ordered on Sunday and got them by Wednesday, WITH personalised inscription in Runes (which I fact checked) and I love it.The only negative I will put is that I wanted to look at their jewellery however their website link wasn’t working as well as I hoped and the only way to view it was to use the search bar and it only showed me necklaces…. I do hope they fix this glitch and also expand in this area, cause me like some jewellery….
