Absolutely do not order from here - they are fraudulent. They take your money and do not send any goods. Their returns address is a residential property with no connection to the company. I've reported them to the authorities in an attempt to get them shut down.
I advise against ordering from this company. I paid for an item and received a confirmation on screen with an order number on November 17th. I have not received any email confirmation, tracking, or delivery information. I've tried reaching out through the contact form twice, and the phone number seems fake. Now I have to report this as a fraudulent transaction.
Delivery was slow, but that wasn't an issue. When my parcel arrived (christmas present for my wife) i was extremely dissapointed with the quality and sizing. 2 items for £100 i expected good quality and the sizing is much smaller than stated.I emailed modesia on 2 occassions regarding a refund and asking for their return address. I haven't received any reply and feel like i have been ripped off, i am so dissappointed. I would strongly advise you to shop elsewhere, unless you're willing to pay over the odds for poor quality clothing.
Paid £50 for a dress and what was delivered wasn't even worth £10. The website displays glamorous evening dresses and you think you are getting a bargain when you order but the images are highly deceptive. When I got my order confirmation and order tracker, I realised the order was coming from CHINA which instead mentioned on their website! The contacts on the website state an address from the Netherlands, don't be fooled, this is coming from CHINA! It took over 2 weeks for the order to arrive and when it did, it was of the lowest quality imaginable. I emailed the retailer to return the dress and they have ignored all my emails. It has been an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would advise anyone considering buying anything from their website to stay well clear! Do not waste your money on anything from Modesia!
