Avoid this seller at all costs! First of all, these bags can be found on a major platform for half the cost. Additionally, the quality is subpar. I requested a return for my bag, spent $50 on shipping, and then it was stuck in customs for three months. Ultimately, they refused to pay the fee to retrieve the bag, resulting in it being sent back. The customer service is dreadful, the prices are exorbitant, and the product feels cheap! Including shipping and insurance, I ended up spending $210 on a low-quality bag that I could have purchased for $60 elsewhere. If I could give negative stars, I certainly would!

Horrible customer support experience.

Horrible customer support experience. I ordered a bag well ahead of the holidays for my partner, anticipating postal delays. However, the company accepted my payment but took weeks to ship. By the time it arrived long after the holidays, I was convinced they were a scam and initiated a dispute. After multiple attempts to contact them, I received a patronizing email over a month later claiming my behavior was unacceptable, despite the entire situation being avoidable with basic communication. I agreed to pay for the item I eventually received, but this company is truly appalling. Their customer service is atrocious. Avoid purchasing anything from here unless you're okay with long wait times.

Unacceptable customer service

Unacceptable customer service, if that’s what you can call it. I ordered a bag well before the holidays for my partner, anticipating shipping issues. However, the company took my payment and then delayed shipping for weeks, arriving long after Christmas. I thought they might be a scam and filed a dispute after several attempts to contact them. In January, over a month later, I received a condescending email claiming my behavior was unacceptable, even though the issue could have been avoided with proper communication. I have agreed to pay for what I received, but this company is truly appalling. Their customer service is horrific. Do not purchase from here unless you're willing to wait an excessive amount of time.

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful. Don’t fall for the low-quality products advertised online like I did. They offer a poor product that you can find for much less elsewhere. Customer service is terrible, and everything is shipped from overseas.

The bag is mediocre

The bag is mediocre, somewhat cheap and not worth the price. The recipient of my Christmas gift didn’t like it. I attempted to return it, but the company informed me that returns are only accepted for faulty items. Not liking it is not a reason for a refund, and I should have been aware of their terms of service. Total scam, and they clearly do not care about dissatisfied customers.

Bag received but not as described

The bag can only fit a lunch pack in the bottom with smaller items on top, or larger items like laptops from the top, but not both as advertised. The quality is average and not worth the 'sale' price, but I am just relieved to have received it at all after reading some of the reviews here.

The Ideal Holiday Gift!

I received a Packuum Bag as a holiday gift and I absolutely love it! It has become my new work bag because it fits everything I need, including my lunch! It’s very sturdy and of great quality! Additionally, their social media team is very engaging and responsive — I have only positive things to say about my experiences with this company!

Still waiting for my order.

I wish I could provide a product review, but I am still waiting. I ordered from the manufacturer’s site for the 'original' item 16 days ago, and it has yet to leave the shipping country. After two weeks, when I tried to cancel my order, I was told it was 'on its way,' yet it remains stuck in the same location.

Avoid this seller!

Ordered on 10/10 and still no delivery as of 12/11. After reaching out multiple times, I received a response on 11/18, only for tracking info to show my order was supposedly sent, but it never arrived. I checked my address and security footage, and nothing was delivered as claimed. I will dispute the charge and report them to the appropriate authorities.
