I subscribed to the service specifically to restore, enhance, and colorize old family photos. Unfortunately, what I encountered was much more limited than advertised, with essential AI features locked behind an additional upgrade, even after paying for the basic plan. After just a couple of uses, I was consistently blocked and prompted to upgrade again. This was not clearly communicated before purchase, rendering the basic plan nearly useless for its intended purpose. Customer support has also been frustrating. I was mistakenly informed that my purchase was made through a specific platform (it wasn't), and even after explaining this multiple times and requesting a refund due to misleading functionality, I received either generic responses or no reply at all. In comparison, I tried another service that provided significantly better results, clearer pricing, fewer restrictions, and much higher quality in photo restoration. The alternative completed in minutes what the original service failed to achieve after multiple paywalls. I would not recommend this service. The pricing structure seems misleading, and customer support does not address valid concerns. There are better, more transparent options out there.

This service is a complete scam. I placed an order and, after a short time, realized that the product was not as advertised. I reached out for a refund but received no reply until after several emails. I was directed to another site where I explained my issue again, only to be sent back to the original company. This photo editing service is a scam! They claim to assist with photo editing, but when asked to perform simple edits, the results are ridiculous—people turned into animal characters! I reached out multiple times for help with no response, requested a refund, and got nothing. This service is deceiving users.
