The food is good. A little overpriced. Every single order that I placed said that it would be showing up on one day and it actually arrived the next day so the times that my food arrive was completely unpredictable and sometimes thawed out before I was able to get to it. That’s the reason why I’ve canceled my membership. I called to talk to the company about this and they were not sympathetic, so I called to leave a message about canceling my subscription which they did for me without letting me know they had or thanking me for being a customer. I guess that severed our relationship.
