Very disappointed with the service. I was promised a return or exchange within 30 days when I ordered the bed. Instead, I ended up paying extra for an exchange and additional delivery — and the delivery never arrived.I cannot get any clear status update. Every time I contact customer service, I speak to someone new who has no idea what is going on. No accountability, no follow-through, and no solution. not recommend it. Now I’ve paid twice for delivery and I’m stuck with a bed I don’t need and didn’t want to keep. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I would not recommend this company.
