I purchased a sectional, two nightstands, and a dresser from Modloft. While I have received the sectional, I am still waiting for the nightstands and dresser.Modloft lists items as "in stock," but once the order is placed, I receive an email from customer service stating that the items are backordered. I waited a month for my sectional, and now it's been another month with no updates or estimated arrival time for the nightstands and dresser. This lack of transparency and communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.While I appreciate the company's designs, the customer service experience has been disappointing. The representative I spoke with, was not only rude but also dismissive of my concerns. Based on this experience, I do not anticipate ordering from Modloft again.
